The Greater Richmond Association for Retarded Citizens (ARC) serves more than 1200 individuals and their families each year through a variety of programs and services that range from preparation of young children, teens and adults for independent living and job skill development, to recreational opportunities for individuals of all ages in the greater Richmond community.
