The conference was bitter sweet. I am glad to receive soooo much information. But on the other hand I feel like I have soooo much to do. I mean one speaker Martha R.Herbert talked about our environment and made me totally depressed. I live in the San Francisco bay area, we have great things here and not so great things here. I feel like I need to move to the mountains and grow my own food. Any way the iPad session was great. She gave some good information but really opened my mind to explore on my own. And wow there are a lot of apps for our kids. One that I love is iEarnedThat. It's a reward system and it's on sell right now for 99 cents we have been using it every day. Check it out. One last thing at the conference lunch we heard a band called The Magic Markers. They are special needs students and they ROCKED!
