Just a Relatively Quiet Day...

Not much happening this morning. I am as usual, sitting
in my wheelchair, listening to the News Reports on WBUR-FM,
Boston University Radio (NPR).
C:\ Hard Disk Drive still has a lot of file fragmentation,
but seems to be functional, although not as well as I
would like it.
10:18 PM -
Nate needs me to go to the Post Office for Dad, & to the
"Mike's Red Barn Deli" for Sub Sandwiches for Lunch. In the
afternoon, Nate has to taxi Dad to another Doctor's app-
ointment.
12:10 PM -
Had Lunch with Dad & Nate. Not interested in watching the TV
this afternoon. I find myself "needing a nap". The weather is
Sunny & not as warm as it had been earlier in the week.

Just saw a "Chipmunk" come into the open downstairs door to the
outside. It scampered back outside again.
I was reading a news article on the www.yahoo.com front web page,
& I guess there was a "Religious Hate Slaughter" of "Ahmadi
Muslims" in the city of Lahore, Pakistan. Sunni & Shia Muslims
classify "Ahmadi Muslims" as "Godless Heretics".
It sounds "familiar", given that in the 1500's & 1600's over
much of Europe, Roman Catholics & Protestants were "slaughtering
each other" in "holy blood-baths", over "who has the 'right
version' of THE TRUTH", per the "Holy Bible".
Now, the "same thing" is being "played out" in the "Muslim World",
over "who has the 'correct version of THE TRUTH", per the "Koran".

Earlier, after Nate returned home with Dad after taking him to
another doctor's appointment, he wanted me to go out in my truck
to purchase a "small" Pizza for Supper, & to purchase trash bags,
paper plates, & soda pop.
Anyway, I have come downstairs into the Den to "be alone by myself.
Since my DTV "reception" is "non-existent", I popped a DVD of the
old Cop Show, "Kojac", starring actor, "Telly Savalas" to watch.
My "world" is "limited", & being autistic, I "keep to myself". Not
much to do for the rest of the day.
I "have no plans" for the "Memorial Day Holiday Weekend".

Had gone out in my truck over to the Radio Shack Consumer Electronics
Store in the Rockingham Mall Shopping Plaza across town to purchase
some "piece parts" to build a "Universal" Input Switch Control Board
for my PIC Microcontroller Engineering Hardware/Software Development
Kit.

Simply mute & quiet here in the downstairs Den room, working @ my
computer desk, doing some "tinkering". I am "exceptionally slow" @
performing conventional "Thru-Hole" PCB Electronic Assembly & Solder-
ing. I have always been "physically slow" @ performing "fine-motor"
tasks with both of my hands, even as a child. Even as a child, using
a pair of scissors was "awkward" for me.
I should note, that earlier this afternoon, I "never got to take a
nap". I did end-up having to "clean up the mess" in the kitchen & to
get dirty dishes washed for my Dad.
