Sorry About Being Quiet a While...

Sunday, August 05, 2012 @6:08:56 PM

I do appologize for being quiet for a while...

I have been busy.

Over a week ago I attended a Public forum hosted by the Disability Rights Center New Hampshire & ABLE NH of the 6 Gubernatorial Candidates laying out their "positions" on disability "issues" here in New Hampshire. I do have to note, that back in April, I had a nasty e-mail exchange with NH State Representative, "David Bates (R)" of Windham, NH, the next town over from Salem, NH where I live. He did say, that we "disabled" should just up & commit suicide, so that the State of New Hampshire does not have to assist & support us. I did tell that "shithead politician" to go "fuck himself".

I appologize for using nasty English...

My vegetable garden is doing ok, @ least all the veggies I planted myself @ the beginning of June. We did have a big thunderstorm late this afternoon. This Summer there has been drought all over America.

Also over a week ago I did attend the New England Working Group Meeting of the Autistic Self-Advocacy Network, www.asan.org, founded by Ari Ne'eman.

Last week, I did upload onto my YouTube Channel, a "rebuttal" of the NBC CATV NEWS CHANNEL's "Morning Joe" TV host's comments recently, speculating that the mass-murderer who shot up a movie theatre out in Aurora, Colorado was on the Autism Spectrum. That "jerk", "Joe Scarborough" should know better, since he himself has a son with Asperger's Syndrome. I did link into my YouTube Channel, "Ari Ne'eman's" own comments on "Joe Scarborough's" misrepresentation of us Autistics.

Besides my net activism lately, I have been meeting more Autistics online. One, "Shannon" in Vermont, who has Moderate Autism & Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy has been needing my help with ideas to get a "social group" started for Autistic & other DD & physically disabled adults to come together & socialize.

Anyway, that is what I have been up to lately...
