Preparing for AUTREAT 2012 - Part 2

Now only about 1 1/2 weeks until my trip to AUTREAT 2012 in Johnstown, PA. I do have to make hardcopy printouts of the driving directions for the trip to/from AUTREAT 2012.

Not a big issue...

Most of the way there is all Interstate Highway.

DL, who also has Asperger's/Autism is my passenger & also attending AUTREAT 2012. She will be helping to pay for the gasoline to/from AUTREAT 2012. Need @ least 64 gallons of gasoline minimum for the trip.

In other words, just the gasoline will cost us ~ $200.00.

I am planning on "packing light".

Socks, t-shirts, shorts, a pair of blue jeans, plastic pants, & male hominid primate toiletries.

I will also have my laptop computer, & my forearm crutches & my rollator walker frame.

DL will have her suitcase & her laptop computer & handbag.

It all should fit ok in my cross-bed locking toolbox behind the cab of my pickup truck.

I do need to make sure I bring adult diapers & disposable bedpads to sleep on.

Anyway, for me, this is not a vacation trip, but a "working trip" for Autistic Self-Advocates like myself & DL.
