Question for: "Ask Dr. Tony"
To:autismhangout

Hello,

I have autism and have some friends who have been diagnosed with different personality disorders and in a lot of cases this workes just fine.
But I don't really get the differences and conections between autism and personality disorders. Are they something completly different or are there conections and if, what are they and to which personality disorders espessially?
I, myself made a personality disorder test just for fun and I scored higher on avoidand PD, obsessive compulsive PD and espessially very high on schizotypal PD, but I was toled that's because of my autism.
So are there really big differences or not?
